SpotGala is an online booking platform that enables users to discover and reserve sports venues and recreational facilities, including Turf Grounds, Swimming Pools, and Party Halls. SpotGala acts solely as a technology platform connecting customers with independent venue owners. SpotGala does not own, operate, or manage the listed venues unless explicitly stated.

SpotGala is designed exclusively for sports activities, fitness activities, recreational games, family gatherings, children's activities, youth sports and friendly social events. SpotGala is intended only for sports, recreation, and happy family-friendly activities. The platform must not be used for illegal, harmful, abusive, violent, fraudulent, gambling-related, or inappropriate activities.

Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian; provide accurate information during registration and booking; and comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.

Bookings are subject to venue availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Booking confirmations are sent through the platform and/or registered communication channels. Users are responsible for arriving on time. Unused booking time cannot be extended or carried forward unless approved by the venue owner.

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway providers. SpotGala may collect booking charges, platform service fees, applicable taxes, and payment gateway charges where applicable. All displayed prices are subject to change by the venue owner.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy of the respective venue unless otherwise specified by SpotGala. SpotGala reserves the right to deduct applicable payment processing charges where permitted by law.

Venue owners are responsible for providing accurate venue information, maintaining facilities, managing schedules, keeping availability updated, delivering booked services, and following applicable safety regulations. SpotGala is not responsible for the physical condition, maintenance, or operation of listed venues.

Users shall not damage venue property, disturb other customers, use abusive language, engage in illegal activities, share false information, attempt fraudulent bookings, misuse the platform, or violate venue rules. SpotGala may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The platform must not be used for illegal activities, gambling, drug-related activities, alcohol abuse, violence, harassment, hate speech, adult entertainment, commercial events without venue approval, or any activity that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

Users participate in sports and recreational activities at their own risk. SpotGala recommends that users follow venue safety instructions, supervise children, use appropriate sports equipment, and follow local laws and regulations.

All platform content including logos, graphics, software, branding, and design is the property of SpotGala unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

SpotGala is not liable for injuries occurring at venues, loss of personal belongings, venue cancellations, service interruptions beyond reasonable control, or actions or omissions of venue owners or users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotGala's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

SpotGala may suspend or terminate any account for fraudulent activity, repeated cancellations, abuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or security concerns.

SpotGala may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
